When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. You’ll get a confirmation email with tracking once it’s on the way.
Do you ship internationally?
Right now we only ship within the U.S. We’re working on expanding.
Do you offer local pickup?
Not yet, but keep an eye out. We’d love to make that happen in Los Angeles soon.

What’s your return policy?
Because candles are handmade, all sales are final. If there’s an issue (like your order arriving damaged), email us at hello@laofrendaco.com and we’ll make it right.
My candle arrived broken. What do I do?
Send us photos within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we’ll ship out a replacement.

What kind of wax do you use?
Our candles are made with a premium soy blend wax for a clean burn and long life.
Are your fragrances safe?
Yes. We use phthalate-free fragrance oils, always sourced with safety in mind.
How long do your candles burn?
7oz candles: ~40–45 hours
Candle Care
How do I keep my candle burning clean?
Trim the wick to ¼" before every burn and let the wax melt to the edges the first time you light it.
Why does my candle tunnel?
That’s usually from blowing it out too early on the first burn. Always give it 2–3 hours the first time.
What do I do with the jar when the candle’s done?
Clean it with hot water and soap and repurpose. Perfect for holding pens, brushes, or plants.

We’re not offering custom scents at the moment, but collaborations are always on the table. Reach out if you’ve got an idea.
